Shipping and Return

If you're not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we receive the items you've returned, we'll refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. For shipments within the Netherlands, delivery takes between 1 and 2 business days. For international shipments, this can take up to 5 business days.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are as follows:

Free for orders over €24.95

Delivery is handled by PostNL's mail carrier or package delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
